Wieners, Potatoes and Cheese

  • 400° wieners
  • Serves: 8
  • Cook Time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 8 wieners
  • 1 package Idahoan Instant Potatoes
  • shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions

Put aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. Boil 2 cups of water, pour potatoes in the water and stir. Slice wieners length wise, but do not separate them. Place them on the cookie sheet with the flat sides up. Put the in the 400° heated oven for 10 minutes. Spoon cooked potatoes on the open wieners. Place slices of cheddar cheese on top of the potatoes. Place in oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and hot dogs are hot.
