Harmonize CHMO:microscopy and OBI:microscopy assay

The CHMO:microscopy and OBI:microscopy assay branches need to be harmonized.

To me, it seems by the definitions, that the two are equivalent. If others agree, then we should either add an equivalence axiom or depricate one in favor of the other.

It needs to be noted, that OBI imports a few of the subclasses from the CHMO branch into its branch in https://github.com/obi-ontology/obi/blob/master/src/ontology/templates/assays.tsv#L3-5.
