The check for valid MainNet and TestNet contract addresses is not working #43

We added a check to validate we're using the correct contract versions for each network id.

This is specially useful for TestNet and MainNet installations. We want to notify the user that he is not using the correct contract version numbers.

Right now this validation is not working properly.
