Reg favicon, a few notes on how it works for gitbook.

  • icon YAML field in the Rmd & in the HTML templates.
  • probably moved to the right folder via

    bookdown/R/html.R

Reg text for footer, the pkgdown interface could be used. https://pkgdown.r-lib.org/dev/reference/build_site.html#yaml-config-footer In pkgdown there's a function for converting Markdown to HTML.
