Pandoc 2.11+ now use --citeproc and a new CSLReferences environment is required.

We must keep the old one (#80) to still support previous pandoc version using pandoc-citeproc

This can be reproduce by not using natbib or bibtex and using Pandoc citeproc with Pandoc 2.11+

Same fix as in rticles should be applied a9937b6 (#335)
