Après #45 et #46

A chaque instant t, faire la somme des ActualConsumption DU FICHIER des groupes "Année_Mois_ActualGenerationOutputPerUnit.csv" par ( "ProductionTypeName" ICI Hydro Pumped Storage et "AreaName" et "MapCode") et vérifier que cette quantité est égal à la ActualConsumption DU FICHIER des filières "Année_Mois_AggregatedGenerationPerType.csv" ET UTILISER la donnée CTA du fichier "Année_Mois_AggregatedGenerationPerType.csv" (ie AreatTypeCode==CTA) .
