Fail2ban requires .conf file

Hello, thanks for writing this. Could be very useful.
Do you have an example .conf file that would help make it work?
In attempting to set it up I get this:
fail2ban[25297]: Starting authentication failure monitor: fail2banERROR Found no accessible config files for 'action.d/mosquitto.py' under /etc/fail2ban
