Downloads file with 'Content-type: text/csv' response header #16

I installed this extension and tried displaying this csv file, but Chrome still downloads it :( The extension does work on the link you give in the readme, but this does not serve the file with the 'Content-type: text/csv' header; perhaps that is the difference?
