I think german law says we need an impressum.

Hm, as far as I know, it says, anything that can be remotely qualified as "commercial" activity, must have one. Does that apply to us?

Contact person and postal address needs to be a "ladbare Adresse". Maybe "summonable" in english. For example the Rubymonstas are backed by the Travis Foundation: http://rubymonstas.org/ Maybe in the rorganize.it case it makes most sense to ask if Rails Girls Berlin can to be put there? http://railsgirlsberlin.de/impressum/ Who would be the best to ask?
