Git-based gems without gemspecs return a Pathname instead of String from Bundler::Specification#loaded_from

When a git-based gem without a gemspec is referenced, Bundler::Specification#loaded_from returns a Pathname where a String is expected.

I have a fix for this at eric@broken-loaded_from-with-no-gemspec
