Description

Make pages and components more accessible based on the principles of web accessibility as found

https://www.w3.org/WAI/fundamentals/accessibility-intro/

This would require adding a11y attributes to the components that can be picked up by browsers.

Will fix the problems in #450, but needs more prior work on AG grid and stuff
