Unstable ldap/auth/logins

Not sure what is causing this, but I frequently get failed logins. Trying the same one or two seconds later may work and then after some time fails again. This was in less than a minute:

$> ssh reception+tl-dai
umcg-xxxxx@reception+tl-dai: Permission denied (publickey).

$> ssh reception+tl-dai

Looks like this was a known bug in OpenSSH. Based on testing with CentOS VMs on GD clusters the issue can be resolved by updating to CentOS 7.7
