case ND_DIV:

This makes this test case in constexpr.c:

ASSERT(2, ({ char x[12%10]; sizeof(x); }));

be a VLA rather than a constexpr.

(I happened to notice because I broke VLA's locally with some playing around I was doing. 😅)
