Hi,

I would like to know if my terraform has drifted. This would be a terraform init && terraform plan inside each workspace managed by atlantis with the expectation that I get back "No changes. Infrastructure is up-to-date.". Either a CRON or some kind of API would work.

This may be related to #997
#937

What are your thoughts?

#997 got merged, now you can build an integration that can call the API.
