Created a 'project' folder for any project related commands
Moved 'clean', 'pkg', 'runpython', 'gen', and 'build'(renamed to 'compile')
Added commands for:
'editor': to run the editor
'run': to run the project as a game
'cook': to cook the project for the host platform (We can add arguments for platform and target later)
Created 'project.ts' in lib for containing functions related to projects
Created 'report.ts' for functions related to reporting and formatting logs
