For now, there have only READEME.md in views/ folder to provide description, now with Thai.

It should be setup for other languages. So, the markdown should be the abbreviation of language such as, en.md, th.md, and so on.

And there should have tabs for choosing language.

Any ideas or suggestions ? 😁
