Not currently, but lwIP does support IPv6 so it should be straightforward to add support. You'd have the option of tunsocks listening on ipv4/ipv6 and making ipv4 or ipv6 connections.

Ah, ok. Everything starts to make a bit more sense now. I've been trying to use it with cjdns, which is using IPv6. Thanks.
