Fails to accept trailing comma in `transitions!(…)` #9

Works:

transitions!(Traffic, [
    (Foo, Switch) => Bar,
    (Bar, Switch) => Foo // <- no trailing comma
]);

Doesn't:

transitions!(Traffic, [
    (Foo, Switch) => Bar,
    (Bar, Switch) => Foo, // <- trailing comma
]);
