Publish nister-stewenius to crates.io

Hi there! Thanks for all the great work on this project!
I noticed you already have a crate for Nister-Stewenius' five-point algorithm - sadly it appears to not yet be published to crates.io. Any hope that this could be changed soon? :)
I know you're passively maintaining this, which is totally fair, I just think it would be great to make work that's already there available to a wider audience.
