Plans for the WG books w.r.t. the Bookshelf #22

As the working groups put together their respective books, what are our plans for incorporating them with official documentation? Should we add them to the Bookshelf as they reach content-completion (as defined by the groups themselves)?

cc @killercup since he brought this up in Discord today for the CLI book

My intention was to ship them as part of the bookshelf, yeah.
