Italian translation link results in a 404 page

Description of the problem:
Two of the links currently on the translations appendix result in a 404 error:

• Italian - There are currently two open issues about the Italian translation: Italian translation #1353 and Italian Translation #2484. Of which, only the link in the second issue seems to be working, though it is very incomplete and hasn't been updated since October 2020.
• Hebrew - Note that this link was removed from the source code in September (f45bd8d), even though it still shows on https://doc.rust-lang.org, so this bug is only about the Italian translation.

Suggested fix:
I suggest removing the Italian translation link from the translations appendix until a more complete translation is available.
