A first step towards autopublishing is to run our update script on Travis and add commits with the changes.

Maybe even directly to PRs, so we see it before merging

So.. As far as I can tell, Travis can already do commits: https://github.com/rust-lang-nursery/rust-clippy/commits/gh-pages. That's coming from here. But maybe that's only for the gh-pages branch? I'm just going ahead and will give it a try later today, should be easy enough if it works.
