We should also add some general synopsis of what kind of support the foundation could provide for people who are unfamiliar with the foundation and its available resources
There is only one thing that would have been helpful to me when I went through the questions. There was a question about what the Rust Foundation could do.... A link to some menu of options that are available from the Rust Foundation would have been helpful. The 2 questions that asked about the Rust Foundation's participation were difficult for me because I don't know what the Foundation does, or what resources it can deliver.
[define] what a contribution is, since one of the mods already felt like the first question encouraged them down a path of "would like to contribute" rather than "active contributor" which would be more accurate given that we consider moderation to be a contribution to the project.
