Improve question wording about cost of Rust adoption #318

the phrasing "Using Rust has been worth the cost of adoption" comes across as saying there's a high cost but it was worth it. But not checking that box comes across as saying it wasn't worthwhile. It's not obvious how to respond if the real answer is "I haven't had any significant costs to adoption, and I've been happy with the outcome".
