如图，chromium版edge浏览器下选择文本后会出现三个点，翻译图标会被挡住，希望作者可以优化下

同样有图标重叠困扰，当edge浏览器在设置外观"上下文菜单"打开'选择文本时显示迷你菜单"会有垂直三个点与划词图标重叠。希望作者可以优化下或增加划词图标可随意更改位置，谢谢了！
