How to Pass the total Test Run or Build Status in Meta sections?

I know currently there is no such parameter but wondering would it be possible to guide me on how this can be achieved. I want to send a overall pass/fail status for my test run (locally or from CI). One way is definitely hooking into playwright using afterEach and then AfterAll but that seems over engineering so wondering if there is easy way to hook within your package to get that result. Not sure if this would work with playwright.config.ts or what.

Never mind. Ended up doing this custom way and using the cli option for my use case where I have set the overall env variable for this purpose.
