Game Name

Super Mario Party

Game Update Version

1.1.0 (010036B0034E4800)

Ryujinx Version (Revision Hash)

r67111a5

Graphics Backend

OpenGL ✔
Vulkan ❌

Hardware Specs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT
GPU Driver version: Adrenalin 24.9.1 (September 26 2024)
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz

Game State

With the graphics backend set to OpenGL, the game runs perfectly fine with no issues. Runs at a stable, consistent 60 FPS and is 100% playable through the entirety of the game.

With the graphics backend set to Vulkan however, after the menu prompting to configure controllers (and entering the first 3D scene) the game goes black and the GPU driver completely times out, crashing the game. From the log files it appears that Ryujinx is sending the wrong texture format to the GPU.

00:01:15.647 |E| GPU.MainThread Gpu GetInfo: Invalid texture format 0x80022AE1 (sRGB: False).

The game is playable, though with at least one Vulkan-specific bug:

With the graphics backend set to OpenGL, the game runs perfectly fine with no issues. Runs at a stable, consistent 60 FPS and is 100% playable through the entirety of the game.

I might be a bit wrong here, status-ingame does seem to be more in line for this scenerio. Thank you.
