CAD Transforms tools not viewing

Hi,

I am running blender 3.3 and ive installed CAD Transforms. I click the app to use it but the tools do not appear at the top or in the side tool banner. The tool banner tells me the active tool but doesnt show me the key options. The key shortcuts work but i dont view the tools shortcuts. Do you know why this might be happening? Ive installed every type of version to try and even tried to download previous versions of blender 2.9 with 2.9 but same issue. I am confused why i cant view the tool shortcuts.
