Switching to styled-components would make this repository more consistent with the rest of our codebases.
In trying to do so, I've started to experience flickers on-page-load, which made it impossible to use styled-components. Interestingly enough, @emotion doesn't suffer from this same issue - so for the time being we may just have to stick with it (similar to what Uniswap is doing in their own docs website).
The problem with CSS-in-JS support seems to be quite well known in the docusaurus community and is being tracked here.
