Should we remove the fees in the stream's token?

Initially, we decided not to remove them to have a smaller diff between the current release and the upcoming one, and to see if we still want to experiment with them. No plans have been made for them yet.

The con of keeping them: more work when it comes to changes to the withdraw function and maintenance of logic that is very unlikely to be used.

So, should we remove them in the 1.2.0 version?
