Do I need to transform the output FCS files before clustering downstream of PeacoQC?

Hi there,

Thank you again for the package.

Follow up on issue #14 , peacoQC will ultimately return new FCS files.

QUESTION 1. Would you mind letting me know whether these output FCS files should be considered as already transformed?

QUESTION 2. Some packages, such as infinityFlow require untransformed FCS files. Is there an option to ask peacoQC to output cleaned but untransformed FCS?
