Thank you for a great resource.
I am working specifically with mTOR signaling and have a great interest in finding ways to determine signaling enrichment in this pathway, other than using gene ontology etc. for scRNA-seq workflows.
Therefore my question is whether you intend to add other signaling pathways to the progeny database in the near future?
Best regards

It would be great to add new pathways, and indeed mTOR/autophagy is a pathway that we were thinking about already. To do that, we need transcriptomics from a set of perturbation experiments specific for this pathway, in order to establish a signature (footprint). The biological precondition of this is that the process must have a transcriptomics signature: we're at this point atm, trying to find out if autophagy has such a signature. Some colleagues are working on this, if you want to contact them, please write us at omnipathdb@gmail.com.
