Simplify the way that the system runs

Currently there are a number of sub projects within the Blockchain Infrastructure environment

WebClient
Api
Mining scripts
Others??

It would be great to be able to run npm start in the root folder, and that should start everything correctly

Related to that is that in a production node, we would like all the web interfaces (Web Client and Api at this stage) to run on port 80. We'll need to sort the routing out to make this work
