UI: Public addresses need to be made public

Currently, each node only knows about the users on its node.

In order to transfer assets to another node, the asset details as well as user/address details on the other node need to be made known.

This can be done by either moving all the public addresses/contracts to a Firebase db in the cloud, or by making an api available that any node can query that exposes any user account or contract that is marked as public
