What is the feature about

Implement a logic to decide the information displayed in the

OverviewWidget which displays the current Safe Preview
InfoWidgetwhich displays multiple Tips / Hints on how to create a good Safe Setup and other infos

OverviewWidget
- Display the current safe name in the OverviewWidgetonce step 3 is reached
- Hide OverviewWidget once the ReviewStep is reached
Display boxes with help using InfoWidgets from [Safe Creation] Info widget #927
- Research: Find a good way to react to user inputs before they get submitted
  - preferably the stepper component should not have to know about any helper widgets / hints
- Implement InfoWidgets
  - sync on when we want to show which hints
  - design for mobile (responsiveness)
