sage -t --long --warn-long 30.0 --random-seed=148318620575155482011548963229209273971 src/sage/groups/perm_gps/partn_ref/refinement_matrices.pyx hangs at

Trying (line 324):    sage.groups.perm_gps.partn_ref.refinement_matrices.random_tests()  # long time (up to 30s on sage.math, 2011)

Tested on Sage 10.5. I searched for similar reports but all I could find was #7111, which is from 2009.
