"Old version" site down

I am attempting to download the source code of version 9.5 of sagemath, and the old version page seems to be down? not sure where else to ask about this than here.

The problem is that the master server is down and I have no information on when it is up again, or if there is even someone working on it. Also, the list working mirrors has been removed in #466

They're still up, though, hence you should be able to find 9.5 here:
