set the keyboard shortcuts in cocalc-jupyter to match what is now in the latest version of Jupyter classic #4796

It turns out "recently" that Jupyter classic "randomly" assigned keyboard shortcuts to more commands... and so did we! It is vastly better that CoCalc's are exactly the same. Here's what they are in Jupyter classic:

In a couple of cases, users have asked us to add some keyboard shortcuts and new commands, so our command list and shortcuts have recently diverged and come into conflicts with those in Jupyter classic. Let's fix this as much as possible ASAP.

The point is we need to make sure the choices are consistent, and I'm sure they are NOT right now.

Jupyter classic is deprecated.
