The image shows that an environment longer than a page does not work correctly. In my case, the exercise environment is defined as follows:

#let exercise = thmbox("exercise", "Exercise", inset: (x: 1.2em, top: 1em)).with(base_level:1)

This pull request may solve the issue #33
