[GSSoC'23] Creating a Footer element

Issue Description:
I would like to create a footer for the website by maintaing the primary color as "Blue" as of the website.

Expected Behavior:

• Adding twitter handle - https://twitter.com/sagwekar_sahil
• Adding linkedin handle - https://www.linkedin.com/in/sahil-sagwekar-0b955b223/
• Adding github handle, and
• Your email.

Adding hovering effect with fluid motion effect on the icons.

Additional Information:

• Adding a message to follow and star the repository.
