POP-FE-PS3 update that fixes an issue when icon0 was not found.
POP-FE(-ps3) with THEMES support
This version of pop-fe adds support for themes to pop-fe and pop-fe-ps3.
Themes are sets of manually curated assets for ICON0/PIC0/PIC1 for use with creating beautiful PSX packages for PS3.

Pop-fe-ps3/psp for windows
This new releases adds support for skipping writing the cdda tracks to the eboot.pbp when creating ps3 packages.
The audio still works as we still compress the tracks into ATRAC3 format and inject them and on the PS3, what is played are the ATRAC4 audio tracks and not the uncompressed cdda tracks.
This release just skips writing the uncompressed audio tracks to the image inside the eboot.pbp.
For games without cdda tracks there is no change.
For games with cdda tracks the resulting package will be smaller.
