netlify app is serving .src.rpm's for 4.6 releases

As the title, downloads arnt working for any 4.6 release, probably due to the format change.

Oops, right, I missed to file sailfishos-chum-gui issue #287 (= sailfishos-chum-gui-installer issue #39 and storeman-installer issue #308) for sailfishos-chum-web (i.e. here).

At least there are working solutions to adapt for sailfishos-chum-web (i.e. to Rust for the "netlify app").

I suspect the culprit in this code section, likely the function repositories(&mut self) -> Response<> in line 161 ff.

But as RUST is not closely related to C enough that I may feel confident in what to do, and I implemented and am maintaining the SailfishOS:Chum GUI Installer which supersedes this functionality (e.g. no manual selection of OS-release and arch), this little analysis (I was curious, hence I at least wanted to see what I could do) is all I can contribute to this issue within my currently available time.

Edit: This is the core function for automatically detecting available SailfishOS release repos at the SailfishOS:Chum community repository, displayed as part of the commit which first implemented this function (i.e. it may have been evolved since then): lines 34 to 51 of commit 4b5b5f8
