start_time and end_time in AnalogData are not set correctly #7

When you receive a AnalogData "frame" in an AnalogMeasurer the start_time and end_time of the AnalogData object are not set correctly. They always represent a time frame of 33.364ms

Expected behavior:

start_time and end_time return the correct time values selected in the ui.

Actual behavior:

start_time and end_time always return some static values.
