why Serilog.Sinks.SQLite V6.0.0 use Sqlite 1.0.115.5 ?
and 1.0.115.5 give me a static error
Could not load file or assembly System.Data.SQLite.SEE.License

but Serilog.Sinks.SQLite V5.5.0 has beed used Sqlite 1.0.116.
why sqlite version rollback
