Annualized estimated rewards

It will be nice to have an estimation of the APY due to the work as a juror.

This estimation of future rewards will depends on:

• Amount of PNK staked by the juror
• Total amount of PNK in that court
• Rewards per vote
• Loss by vote
• % of coherent votes (and non-coherent)
• Amount of Disputes in the court.

Currently it's very hard to know the amount of disputes that will be raised in a year, and the chances of been drawn as a jurors will be a function of the future amount of pnk staked in the court, also unknown. But at least, an aproximation could be made with an snapshot of the amount of PNKs staked in the moment of the request and the amount of disputes that were raised in the past 30 days.
