Opencontrail neutron plugin seems to have been discontinued #23

server.sls mentions the neutron-plugin-contrail package, but it seems to have been abandoned.

The only reference I can find is ancient.
Since Opencontrail can be deployed by containers these days, I wonder if the plug-in is required at all anymore.
