In a short list of packets, the packet inspector covers all packets and makes it impossible to view the next one in the list.

In the screen shot below, there are two packets behind "This is an encrypted HTTPS packet...":

Ah, I just realized you can close inspector to click a new packet. Some other ways we could design this:

  • narrow (horizontally and vertically) the HTTPS packet message box so it looks close-able
  • make "Close Inspector" button an "x" on the message box
  • fade out the message box after ~a few seconds
