Dockerfile build - Unable to fetch https URL webmin by jcameron

It seems that the docker image needs to have curl installed first in order to handle the https request (redirected from http) for
https://www.webmin.com/jcameron-key.asc.

The required change is to introduce a curl installation before the key grab by apt-key.

Here's an example where I mimic'd all lines in the Dockerfile to this point:
