New Tab Bookmarks is a simple Firefox extension that replaces the new tab page with the bookmarks panel.
The add-on sets the browser's new tab URL to chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksPanel.xul. When the extension is disable or removed, the browser's new tab URL is reset.
