The edge version of fcrepo broke versionable. Get the tests working again.

I think (part of) the problem is that fcr:versions is returning HTML instead of Turtle for some reason. If you set an Accept header, you can get RDF of whatever flavor, so I think that's the easiest workaround.

@escowles is the fact that it's defaulting to HTML a fcrepo bug?

@jcoyne definitely a fcrepo4 bug, with a very easy fix: fcrepo/fcrepo#595

fcrepo/fcrepo#595 has been merged -- so updating hydra-jetty from master (again) should help
